Scrum Master Agile Development Internship

Key responsibilities:

1. Work closely with product development and product engineering teams to plan and communicate release windows and the overall release lifecycle
2. Evaluate and maintain release management processes, quality gates, and deliverable
3. Work across various different software teams and domains to support the delivery of the development sprints
4. Review and ensure completeness of release artifacts
5. Assist in project & scrum management to ensure milestone goals are met
6. Ensure compliance with entry and exit on every deployment
7. Plan and communicate release schedules to internal and external stakeholders
8. Publish regular release status to internal and external stakeholders
9. Manage and execute emergency release activities
10. Monitor and control all release activities
11. Maintain and publish the release calendar
12. Discuss release scope and/or blockers at prioritization and steering meetings to support decision making
13. Facilitate release planning and go-no-go sessions with Stakeholders
14. Manage and identify risks that may affect release scope, release duration, and environments
15. Maintain and understand software release audit trails
16. Collaborate with other departments toward a common vision and shared goals
17. Work on Improving the release management strategy for our software products to match industry standards
