About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities:
1. Assist in organizing and facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies
2. Support teams in adhering to Agile principles and removing impediments
3. Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
4. Track team progress using Agile tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana
5. Help maintain sprint backlogs, task boards, and project documentation
6. Promote a culture of continuous improvement by gathering feedback and identifying process enhancements
6. Assist in reporting key Agile metrics and team performance insights
Requirements:
1. Currently, pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field
2. Basic understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
3. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
4. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
5. Familiarity with Agile project management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.) is a plus
6. Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM) is a bonus but not mandatory
