As part of the user research team, you would be responsible for unearthing insights by speaking to our customers. These customer insights would then translate into directions and strategies for the business and help us serve our customers better.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on facilitating, implementing, and executing quantitative/qualitative research projects with supervision
2. Work on the preparation of research documents- plans/questionnaires/discussion guides and first-level reports
3. Analyze and interpret the data to deliver actionable insights
4. Present and provide the findings to the relevant teams/internal stakeholders to be able to create resolution plans
Requirements:
1. Good communication skills
2. Multilingual proficiency is a great addon
3. Have a basic knowledge of various research methodologies and techniques like surveys, 1:1 interviews, group discussions
4. Experience in market research either agency/ client side for some time is a plus
5. Have strong analytical skills
6. Proficient in survey tools, MS Office
7. Have a passion for delving deep into customer psychology and understanding their key needs and how that translates into customer-centric products and experiences from our end
