1. Experience with SEO Tools- Proficiency in tools like Moz, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog, beyond the basics.
2. Certification and Education- Relevant certifications such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, or HubSpot Content Marketing.

- Experience in managing SEO projects and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
6. Understanding of User Behavior
- Knowledge of user behavior and how it affects SEO performance.
- Experience with tools like Hotjar or Crazy Egg for heatmaps and user experience analysis.
7. Local SEO Expertise
- Experience with local SEO strategies and tools for managing local listings and reviews.
8. International SEO Knowledge- For global businesses, experience with international SEO, including hreflang tags and multi-country/multi-language websites.
9. Adaptability and Creativity
- Ability to adapt strategies based on changing search engine algorithms and market conditions.
- Creative problem-solving skills to overcome SEO challenges.
10. Strong Communication Skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting findings and recommendations clearly.
11. Attention to Detail- Keen eye for detail to identify and fix SEO issues that may affect site performance.
12. Experience with Paid Advertising- Knowledge of PPC campaigns and how they can complement SEO efforts.
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1 per sale).
