Service Delivery Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Maintaining positive relationships with customers
2. Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context
3. Leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently
4. Managing finances and budgets
5. Determining ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction
6. Assessing customer feedback and using your creativity to establish, improve, and refine services
7. Remaining organized and meeting deadlines
8. Building partnerships and liaising with team leaders to determine the company's services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise
