Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 20th Sep'24 and 25th Oct'24
3. are available for duration of 2 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as social sciences, education, public policy, or related disciplines (other fields will also be considered if relevant to the role).
2. Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately input and manage data.
3. Experience in conducting qualitative research, particularly through IDIs and FGDs.
4. Proficiency in Hindi is essential to effectively communicating with participants in the field.
5. Strong interviewing skills, with the ability to probe for deeper understanding and clarify participant responses.
6. Ability to build rapport with participants and facilitate open, honest conversations.
7. Having experience in the education sector is a major plus.
8. Excellent listening, note-taking, and observational skills.
9. Familiarity with qualitative data analysis methods and tools is a plus.
