About the internship
1. Site execution & supervision:
- Oversee LGSF structure installation, ensuring compliance with drawings and standards.
- Monitor foundation preparation, steel framing, wall panels, roofing, and finishing work.
- Ensure accurate alignment, leveling, and anchoring of LGSF components.
- Supervise on-site workers, subcontractors, and vendors.
2. Quality & safety compliance:
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure adherence to IS, ASTM, and project specifications.
- Enforce safety protocols, PPE compliance, and site safety regulations.
- Resolve technical issues and suggest improvements in execution.
3. Coordination & communication:
- Collaborate with design, procurement, and project management teams for smooth execution.
- Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
- Communicate with clients, consultants, and contractors regarding project status.
4. Material & resource management:
- Ensure availability and proper usage of steel components, fasteners, insulation, and other materials.
- Manage inventory, tools, and site logistics.
5. Project planning & scheduling:
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking.
- Identify and mitigate delays, risks, and bottlenecks

Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 12th Feb'25 and 19th Mar'25

Other requirements
1. Prior experience in pre-engineered buildings (PEB) or modular construction.
2. Understanding of cost estimation and budgeting for LGSF projects.
3. Willingness to travel to remote site locations and lead site works.

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 200000 to 400000 /year
