About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Communicate effectively in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
2. Manage multiple tasks and handle 2-3 projects simultaneously.
3. Stay self-motivated, energetic, and demonstrate a flexible and adaptable approach to work as a team player.
4. Keep up-to-date with new developments in the design industry.
5. Utilize Auto-CAD, read detailed joinery drawings, and operate MS Office effectively.
6. Coordinate with teams to deliver high-quality work within strict deadlines.
7. Monitor construction processes and conduct training and team-building sessions.
8. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
9. Perform routine site inspections, equipment checks, and material assessments.
10. Schedule and facilitate regular meetings with vendors, site inspectors, managers, and staff.
11. Write reports, budgets, project plans, and present them to relevant stakeholders.
12. Collaborate closely with architects and other professionals.
13. Stay informed about safety codes and advancements in construction.
14. Assist in recruiting and training new staff members.
15. Process paperwork and travel to multiple sites as required.

Other requirements
1. The ideal candidate will have excellent site and vendor management skills and be able to execute the interior project based on finalized designs provided by the designer.
2. The candidate should be confident in communicating regularly with the vendors and designer in order to execute as per the finalized design and within the schedule agreed upon with utmost quality.
3. The candidate will have an in-depth understanding of materials, working techniques, and dependencies of activities in the interiors field and apply them to deliver a smooth site execution experience.
4. The desired candidate should be able to work closely with the design team and execution partners in order to deliver the best interior design experience to customers.
