Social Media Chat Support Internship

Timings: 10 am 7 pm.
Mon to Sat.
Full Time.
Animal-friendly office.
Location Marol, Andheri.

Need candidate staying close by Marol.

Freshers can apply for full-time also.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Require to answer customer queries on social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Email, Reddit, Quora and calls.
2. Solving their concern and suggesting appropriate Soulflower products.
3. Helping customers to place orders on the website.
4. Explaining how to use the correct usage of products.
5. Upselling & suggesting products, current schemes, and discounts to customers.
6. Calling & chatting with customers for their feedback and asking for before & after pictures or reel feedback.


Requirements

1. If Instagram is your playground and you love chatting on Facebook, Reddit, and Quora.
2. Solving problems is fun for you and if you are interested in natural skin & hair care then this profile is for you.
3. Having fluency in English and being proficient in spelling.

Placement Offer

After 2 months of Internship, if we find you suitable, we will offer you a full-time offer.
