Social Media/Client Servicing Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborating with the client servicing team to understand client goals, requirements, and preferences
2. Assisting in the development and execution of social media strategies to meet client objectives
3. Scheduling and publishing social media posts using appropriate tools and platforms
4. Monitoring social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and responding promptly while maintaining the brand's voice and tone
5. Conducting research on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms to provide insights and recommendations to the team
6. Compiling and analyzing social media performance metrics, preparing regular reports for clients to showcase campaign effectiveness
7. Collaborating with the creative team to develop visual assets, such as graphics, videos, and infographics, that resonate with the target audience
8. Attending client meetings and contributing insights and ideas to enhance social media strategies
