Social Media Community Co-ordinator Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Content planning & scheduling:
- Plan monthly content calendars.
- Schedule posts on Instagram, YouTube and other platforms using tools like Buffer or Later.

2. Content curation & posting:
- Source high-quality UGC content from creators and travelers.
- Write engaging captions with relevant hashtags.
- Post daily stories, reels, and posts.

3. Community engagement:
- Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions within 24 hours.
- Start conversations through polls, Q&A, and story stickers.
- Engage with followers and UGC creators.

4. Influencer collaboration:
- Identify and reach out to micro and macro influencers for partnerships.
- Manage influencer communication and deliverables.
- Track influencer performance and repost content.

5. Growth & trend research:
- Track trending hashtags, audio, and travel challenges.
- Suggest viral content ideas.
- Use analytics to optimize posting times and content types.

6. Performance reporting:
- Create weekly engagement and growth reports.
- Analyze what's working and propose improvements.

7. Community building:
- Launch UGC contests and giveaways.
- Manage private travel groups and communities.
- Reward top contributors with shutouts or incentives.

8. Brand reputation management:
- Monitor brand mentions and respond to reviews.
- Handle sensitive queries or complaints diplomatically.
