About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Build content: Being assigned several projects in the course of your internship. This will be a 6-month project which will have components of building high-quality content.
2. Package content: Converting researched raw content into precise articles that are simple to read and yield high value for every minute spent by the reader. Cracking article formatting, errors, graphs/tables that would make it visually appealing.
3. Consumer engagement: Monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and mentions across social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
It s assumed you will have an immense bias to action, have a solid growth mindset, attention to detail, be adaptable to different situations, and have a true understanding of what you are getting into.

Other requirements
1. A relevant degree in marketing, communications, journalism, and public relations (preferably in the final year).
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
3. Proficiency in using social media platforms and scheduling tools.
4. Creative thinking and a keen eye for design.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
7. Familiarity with social media analytics and an understanding of the algorithm is a plus.

Additional information
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 300000 to 600000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per project).
