4. Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions
5. Respond to comments and messages on social media in a timely and professional manner
6. Assist with content writing for our website, blog, and email newsletters to support our marketing efforts
7. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment on social media goals and initiatives

1. Educational background: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
2. Social media expertise: Experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) and understanding platform algorithms
3. Content creation: Strong skills in content writing, copywriting, and storytelling for social media, blogs, and email marketing
4. Design proficiency: Ability to create visually appealing graphics using Canva (or other design tools)
5. Strategic thinking: Ability to develop and implement data-driven social media marketing strategies
6. Analytical mindset: Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track performance and optimize content
7. Communication skills: Strong written and verbal English proficiency for audience engagement and community building

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 200000 to 500000 /year
