About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to generate leads.
2. Identify, engage, and nurture potential clients through LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
3. Run paid and organic digital marketing campaigns for lead generation.
4. Conduct targeted market research and competitor analysis to refine outreach strategies.
5. Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
6. Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM software.
7. Optimize SEO, email marketing, and social media ad strategies to improve conversion rates.
8. Manage content calendars, create engaging posts, and develop lead magnets for social media.
9. Build relationships with potential clients through D2C messaging, social media interactions, and follow-ups.
10. Experiment with A/B testing to refine messaging and improve ROI.

Other requirements

1. Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or lead generation.

2. Strong knowledge of paid and organic digital marketing strategies.

3. Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn outreach, and Instagram marketing.

4. Understanding of SEO, keyword optimization, and social media analytics tools.

5. Ability to create engaging content and social media creatives for campaigns.

6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive approach.

7. Strong analytical mindset to track KPIs and optimize campaigns.

8. Based in or willing to relocate to Whitefield, Bangalore for an on-site role.
