About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Performing market analysis and research on the latest trends
2. Managing social media calendar
3. Posting on various social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. regularly and reply to comment/messages
4. Designing and presenting new social media campaign ideas
4. Monitoring all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback
5. Creation of mock-ups, email campaigns, social media content, and effective ad promotions
6. Managing brand guidelines keeping the content style and voice tone consistent
7. Building a content strategy that allows customers to become even more engaged with our brands
8. Coordinating with the graphic designer for social media creatives
9. Adapting to running the show individually with quality input
10. Building relationships with social media influencers
App operations :
1. Listing rewards on the Crooze App and managing existing rewards
2. Writing and sending notifications to thousands of app users
3. Resolving user queries on support mail, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other social media channels
4. Ensuring that all partner brands are having good sales through good social media and reminders
5. Supporting operations of the ongoing challenges on the Crooze App
6. Maintaining constant relationships/partnerships with the brand's representatives and improving on the offers based on user response and feedback
7. Talking to ambassadors and power users of the app for referrals and promotions

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 200000 to 300000 /year

The app offers various features such as clubs, events, trails, inspirational stories, gamification, and more.
