Social Media Marketing Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Content creation: Creating engaging content for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, and others could include writing posts, designing graphics, editing videos, and curating user-generated content
2. Community management: Monitoring social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions and engaging with followers in a timely and professional manner; this involves responding to inquiries, addressing customer concerns, and fostering positive interactions with the audience
3. Analytics and reporting: Tracking the performance of social media content using analytics tools provided by platforms like Facebook Insights and X (formerly Twitter)
4. Analytics and Instagram Insights: Compiling data, analyzing trends, and preparing reports to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns
