About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Plant care & maintenance:
a. Watering, pruning, and maintaining plants at the workspace and client locations
b. Monitoring plant health and identifying pests or diseases
c. Assisting in repotting and fertilizing plants
2. Customer support & sales assistance:
a. Responding to customer inquiries on Instagram and other platforms
b. Helping customers choose the right plants based on their needs
c. Assisting with order processing and packaging
3. On-site project support assisting in balcony makeovers, landscaping, and home garden setups:
a. Carrying materials like soil, pots, and plants to project sites
b. Supporting the team in arranging and styling plant setups
4. Content creation & social media engagement:
a. Taking photos and videos of plants, makeovers, and new arrivals
b. Writing short, engaging captions for Instagram posts and stories
c. Assisting in creating reels and behind-the-scenes content
5. Inventory & logistics:
a. Keeping track of plant stock and supplies
b. Coordinating with vendors for restocking materials like soil and pots
c. Helping with deliveries and ensuring orders reach customers safely
6. Learning & growth:
a. Gaining hands-on experience in plant care, sustainable gardening, and customer interactions
b. Participating in team discussions about design, marketing, and business growth
c.Exploring new plant trends and sustainable practices

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 100 per leads generated ).
