Role Description: As a social media marketing intern at Wiingy, you will be responsible for all aspects of our social media strategy, from content ideation to promotion.
1. Content Ideation: Brainstorm and develop creative ideas for social media content that resonates with our target audience and includes planning campaigns, themes, and posts aligned with our educational services
2. Content Production:
a. Create visually appealing and engaging content, including graphics, videos, infographics, and written posts
b. Ensure that all content is high-quality and adheres to brand guidelines
3. Content Publishing:
a. Schedule and publish content across our social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube
b. Manage the content calendar to ensure consistent posting and engagement
4. Audience Engagement:
a. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media channels
b. Foster a sense of community and engage with our followers effectively
5. Analytics and Reporting:
a. Use social media analytics tools to track the performance of our content and campaigns
b. Provide insights and recommendations to improve our social media strategy and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
6. Promotion: Develop and execute strategies to increase our social media following, including collaborations, partnerships, and influencer outreach
7. Stay Updated: Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing to ensure Wiingy remains at the forefront of digital marketing

1. Demonstrated passion for social media marketing and digital content creation.
2. A strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
3. Proficient in content creation and copywriting, able to craft creative, engaging posts and captions.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage with our community authentically and professionally.
5. Proficiency in using social media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics.
6. Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
7. Ability to analyze data and interpret metrics to improve social media engagement
8. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining brand consistency.
9. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines
10. Prior experience in social media marketing (internships or personal projects) is a plus.
