About the internship
This is a full-time on-site role based in our office in Chandigarh. It is a high visibility, high impact role, which will include exposure to broader Brand Marketing as well.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Social media marketing: Building weekly content strategies and plans for our Instagram handle, as well as FB, LinkedIn and YouTube. Independently create all social media content including reels and graphics. This includes planning & shooting.
2. Being the face of our brand on social media - responding to comments and DMs, interacting with other handles and building brand awareness.
3. Using tools like Google Analytics & Facebook Insights to track and measure the success of marketing campaigns.
4. Providing regular reports and insights to management.
5. Influencer marketing: Collaborating and reaching out to influencers to create content that aligns with our brand and target audience.
6. Tracking and measuring the impact of influencer marketing efforts.
7. Brand and content marketing: Supporting in creating content and writing engaging and insightful copy across channels.
8. Market research: Conducting research to identify social media trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
Note:
1. Qualifications BBA/B.Com or any.
2. Graduation degree. Strong written and verbal communication skills with content writing experience.
3. Must be a regular social media user, familiar with commonly used content formats. 4. Proficient in editing posts, reels etc. using tools like Canva, video editing.
5. Should have a keen eye and interest in new social media trends.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (20% of revenue generated).
