About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Create, design, and schedule posts, stories, and reels on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp using tools like Meta Business Suite or Canva and craft engaging captions.
2. Research trending hashtags, keywords, and content formats for better reach.
3. Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries on all platforms to maintain a positive relationship with followers.
4. Monitor and participate in relevant group discussions on LinkedIn and Facebook to build community presence.
5. Track the performance of posts and campaigns using analytics tools (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).
6. Experiment with features like polls, Q&A sessions, and surveys to increase interaction.
7. Create WhatsApp groups or broadcasts by sharing timely updates, event details, or campaigns.
8. Research competitors' strategies and propose innovative ideas to stand out.
9. Plan and execute social media campaigns for upcoming events or initiatives and provide live coverage/ updates.
10. Assist in running targeted ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Instagram and monitor ad performance and suggest optimizations.
11. Maintain a calendar of planned posts and campaigns.
