About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Interacting with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries across YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook and fostering a positive and inclusive community vibe
2. Assisting in scheduling, uploading, and optimizing posts for maximum reach and engagement, and researching trending topics, hashtags, and formats that align with the brand's content
3. Tracking and analyzing key performance metrics for growth and engagement and providing weekly reports with actionable recommendations
4. Working closely with the content creation and design team to ensure timely delivery of posts and suggesting creative ideas for campaigns and engagement strategies
5. Staying updated with social media trends and algorithm changes experimenting with new growth strategies and sharing learnings
