About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Creating engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn).
2. Designing graphics, writing posts, and creating videos or other multimedia content.
3. Scheduling and publishing posts using social media management tools.
4. Monitoring and responding to comments and messages promptly.
5. Maintaining a content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
6. Tracking and analyzing social media performance metrics (likes, shares, comments, reach, engagement rates) and preparing monthly reports summarizing key metrics and insights.
7. Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
8. Implementing strategies to increase followers, engagement, and overall reach on social media platforms.
9. Optimizing content for each platform to improve visibility and engagement.

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1500 per project).
