1. Bachelor's degree in public relations, marketing, communications, or a related field
2. Strong understanding of PR strategies, social media platforms, and digital marketing techniques with some prior experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging content
5. Proficient in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and marketing software
6. Strong organizational and project management skills
7. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
8. Familiarity with hospitality industry trends and customer preferences
