About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Content creation: Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content for social media platforms.
2. Community engagement: Respond to comments and messages to build a positive online community.
3. Analytics and reporting: Track social media performance and prepare reports on engagement and growth.
4. Trend analysis: Stay updated on social media trends and suggest new strategies.
5. Campaign support: Help plan and execute social media campaigns and track their performance.
6. Brand consistency: Ensure content aligns with the brand's voice and style.
7. Research: Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to inform strategy.
8. Social listening: Monitor social media for brand mentions and feedback.
9. Content curation: Find and share relevant content to keep social channels active.

Other requirements

1. Communication skills: Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills to create engaging content and interact with followers effectively.

2. Creativity: Demonstrate the ability to think creatively and develop unique content ideas that resonate with the target audience.

3. Understanding of social media platforms: Display knowledge of various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) and how to use them effectively for brand growth.

4. Advanced video editing skills: Show proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro to create and edit high-quality video content efficiently.

5. Basic graphic design skills: Possess familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop for creating visually appealing content.

6. Analytical skills: Apply the ability to analyze social media metrics and data to assess the performance of content and campaigns for continuous improvement.

7. Attention to detail: Ensure accuracy and quality in all social media content and communications, maintaining a professional and consistent presence.
