1. Hands-on experience in video/photo editing tools/software (essential).
2. Possess creative skills in terms of making educational reels interesting for the audience.
3. Research enough before creating content and use statistics to make a decision.
4. Be aware of Instagram trends and transitions to personalize the content.
5. Possess sound knowledge of other social media handles.
6. Strong command of English and can speak Hindi too.
7. Prior experience:
a. Instagram Reel Creator: 1 year
b. Content Writing: 1 year
