About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage the client s social media accounts, writes copies (hindi and english) and posts content
2. Work on brainstorming campaign ideas
3. Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter
4. Analyze analytics to gauge the success of campaigns
5. Understand the overall concept of the company/clients, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service
6. Engage with customers or clients and provides service and/or sales
7. Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes
8. Learn and becomes proficient on internal software systems
9. Assist in creating performance reports
10. Manage and coordinate with the team
11. Should be able to write content
12. Generate Ideas and run ads
13. Able to generate basic, stories and reels on Instagram

Skills and other requirements:

1. Proficient in writing post copies and image copies both in english and hindi
2. Worked on B2B and B2C clients of different industries especially any hindi new channel, media house, etc.
