About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Content Creation & Management:
Upload high-quality photos, reels, and videos to our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, and more).
Craft engaging captions that reflect the brand's tone and style.
Maintain a consistent posting schedule and align with the brand's marketing calendar.
2. Engaging with the Audience:
Respond to direct messages (DMs) and comments in a timely and professional manner.
Improve engagement by liking, sharing, and replying to audience interactions.
Initiate and participate in conversations about fashion, style, and trends to build community relationships.
3. Content Development:
Create fun, engaging, and trend-focused reels/videos, showcasing our collections.
Collaborate with influencers to ideate creative concepts that highlight the brand's Indian wear offerings.
Be comfortable coming in front of the camera to model or present styling tips, bridal looks, and festive wear ideas.
4. Trend Spotting:
Stay updated with trending audio, hashtags, and content ideas to make our posts more discoverable and relatable.
Coordinate with photographers, videographers, or stylists (when needed) for shoots.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (1% of net sale *0.2).
