About the internship
As a marketing intern at SMI, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of digital marketing. You will work closely with our marketing team to support ongoing campaigns, conduct market research, and contribute creative ideas to enhance our clients' digital presence.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, email, and PPC)
2. Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior data to identify trends and opportunities
3. Create content for social media posts, blogs, and email newsletters
4. Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools
5. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new ideas and strategies for client projects
6. Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed

Other requirements
1. Current enrollment in a bachelors or masters degree program in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
2. Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
3. Possess a solid understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software and online applications (Google Analytics, CRM tools).
