Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Social Media Management

1. Content Creation and Posting:
Assist in creating engaging and relevant content for Facebook and Instagram posts.
Schedule and publish posts according to the content calendar.
Ensure all content aligns with the brand s voice and guidelines.

Follower Growth and Management:
Identify opportunities to increase followers and engagement.
Collaborate on strategies to attract and retain followers.
Analyze follower demographics and behaviors to tailor content and strategies.
Meta Ad Management

Campaign Setup and Monitoring:
Assist in setting up and launching Meta ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
Monitor ad performance and budgets, ensuring they stay within the allocated limits.
Make real-time adjustments to improve ad performance.

Ad Content Creation:
Help create compelling ad creatives and copy.
Ensure ads are visually appealing and meet platform requirements.
Work with the design team to develop ad visuals and videos.

Data Collection and Analysis:
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, and follower growth.
Use tools like Meta Business Suite and other analytics tools to gather data.
Identify trends and insights to optimize content and ad strategies.

Reporting:
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on social media performance.
Present findings and insights to senior team members.
