3. Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas for social media campaigns and initiatives.
5. Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing to ensure TheRecruit remains competitive.
7. Assist with other marketing tasks and projects as needed to support the overall goals of TheRecruit.
