As a Social Media Marketing intern at Village Company, you will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge and skills in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, English Proficiency (Written), and Facebook Marketing to help our company grow and engage with our online community.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Create and curate engaging content for our social media platforms
2. Develop and implement social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness
3. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to make data-driven decisions
4. Engage with our online community and respond to comments and messages promptly
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new ideas and strategies
6. Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices
7. Assist with other marketing initiatives and projects as needed

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (1% of revenue generated ).
