About the internship
As a social media and content Intern at BetterWay, you will co-create and shape the BetterWay brand's presence across social media platforms, namely WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. In essence, as a social media and content intern, you are not just a contributor but a storyteller, strategist, and brand advocate.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Community management:
i. Engage with our online community of existing and potential patients across various social media channels like WhatsApp, Google, and Facebook.
ii. Respond to comments, and messages, and share relevant content to increase engagement and build trust within the community.
iii. Foster positive relationships with our audience by addressing their queries and feedback.
2. Social media management:
i. Assist in developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy.
ii. Create, curate, schedule, and publish engaging content for our social media platforms.
iii. Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and suggest improvements.
iv. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and trends.
3. Content shooting and production:
i. Assist in planning logistics, creating scripts, and executing content shoots (photo, video, etc).
ii. Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality content that aligns with our brand and is consistent in style.
