Social Media Marketing Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Content Creation: Assist in creating and scheduling engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages
2. Content Calendar: Help develop and maintain a content calendar that schedules all aspects of the creation and delivery of content throughout the year
3. Social Media Monitoring: Keep track of social media trends and competition, and report insights gained from social media monitoring to the team
4. Engagement: Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments to enhance audience engagement
5. Analytics: Assist in measuring the success of every social media campaign, prepare weekly/monthly reports on social media engagement and lead generation efforts
6. Research: Conduct research to find articles, stories, resources, or other content that is relevant to our customer base and post it to our social networks in a manner that invites conversation and interaction
7. Brand Promotion: Help with brainstorming campaigns and promotional ideas to drive engagement and increase brand awareness
8. Learning: Keep up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
