About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in creating and scheduling engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages
2. Help develop and maintain a content calendar that schedules all aspects of the creation and delivery of content throughout the year
3. Keep track of social media trends and competition, and report insights gained from social media monitoring to the team
4. Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments to enhance audience engagement
5. Assist in measuring the success of every social media campaign, prepare weekly/monthly reports on social media engagement and lead generation efforts
6. Research to find articles, stories, resources, or other content that is relevant to our customer base and post it to our social networks in a manner that invites conversation and interaction
7. Help with brainstorming campaigns and promotional ideas to drive engagement and increase brand awareness
8. Keep up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
