1. Plan and execute all digital media marketing programs for our company and our businesses
2. Support performance marketing campaigns and ensure optimal channel mix
3. Curate, edit, and manage content for all digital media platforms including website, social media channels, blogs, etc.
4. Work with agency partners and internal stakeholders to ensure effective and optimal usage of social media channels
5. Drive effective paid and unpaid promotional campaigns and ensure optimal ROI
6. Manage social media platforms of our organization daily including - daily promos/messages across all official handles
7. Handle marketing and event promotions including live streaming via multiple channels for flagship properties
8. Work on amplification of media outreach through relevant social media mix
9. Monitor social media and reporting daily and manage social media dashboard for decision making
10. Support internal social media champions with training, content pegs, etc.
11. Collaborate with various inter-department teams such as business marketing, media relations, internal communications, and corporate teams to drive social media programs
12. Curate, edit, and optimize content for digital channels covering the following video scripts, infographics, posts, contests, polls, etc.
13. Track and analyze content & channel performance, provide actionable insights to optimize the same, and achieve annual goals
