As a social media marketing intern at Live Some India, you will play an essential role in building our brand's online presence.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop and execute engaging content strategies across Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest to enhance brand visibility
2. Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments/messages to foster a strong community and improve customer relations
3. Keep up with the latest trends and competitor strategies to enhance our brand's digital impact and stay competitive
4. Design eye-catching creatives using Canva to boost engagement and attract followers
5. Create high-quality visual and written content showcasing our premium jewelry to highlight product features
6. Assist in producing advertising content for social media campaigns and promotions to increase brand awareness
7. Be a part of in-house model shoots, showcasing our jewelry by wearing it and creating content that aligns with our brand's aesthetic
8. Assist in managing our Shopify e-commerce store for a seamless user experience and improved sales performance
9. Regularly update product listings and ensure accurate inventory management to provide accurate information to customers
10. Work closely with the operations team to reflect stock availability online to prevent issues with order fulfillment
11. Address customer inquiries related to website orders to provide excellent customer service
