About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic across all platforms.
2. Create and curate high-quality content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to align with the brand's voice and goals.
3. Monitor social media channels regularly, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the audience to foster community engagement.
4. Analyze social media performance metrics using analytics tools, and optimize strategies based on insights to improve results.
5. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the brand's social presence remains competitive.
6. Collaborate with the creative team to design visually appealing and engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
7. Plan and manage paid social media campaigns (when required), track ROI, and ensure campaigns meet objectives and deadlines.

Other requirements
1. For experts: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in social media management or strategy, with a proven track record of driving brand growth and engagement.
2. For interns: Basic knowledge of social media platforms and a strong interest in digital marketing.
3. Strong communication and writing skills with the ability to create compelling content.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
5. Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
6. Knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.) is a plus.
7. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field (preferred but not required for interns).

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 750 per lead generation).
