As a Social media intern at MONKBREED APPARELS, you will have to engage with customers from all over the country and provide exceptional service. Your English proficiency, both spoken and written, will be a valuable asset in effectively communicating with our diverse customer base.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and Instagram in a timely and professional manner
2. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have
3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish
4. Provide product recommendations and advice to customers based on their individual needs and preferences
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions to track trends and improve service
6. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
7. Work closely with the customer service team to continuously improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience
8. Make interactive Content for the Instagram page
