About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Content Creation: Assisting in creating engaging posts, graphics, and videos for different social media platforms.
2. Scheduling Posts: Using social media management tools to schedule and publish content at optimal times.
3. Monitoring Engagement: Tracking likes, shares, comments, and other interactions on posts, and reporting back on engagement metrics.
4. Research: Conducting research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience preferences to inform content strategy.
5. Staying Updated: Keeping up with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
6. Collaborating with Team Members: Working closely with other team members, such as marketers and designers, to ensure cohesive messaging.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per lead generation).
