Social Media Marketing Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop social media campaigns
2. Define KPIs and KRAs for social media campaigns
3. Update social media content across all channels
4. Engage with customers and followers
5. Monitor campaigns and analyze data obtained
6. Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
7. Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network
8. Develop content or get it done by content developers
9. Keep an eye on social media trends
10. Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels
11. Work with the brand to create and implement social media strategies monthly
12. Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn
13. Develop and manage the brand s social media identity
14. Create written and visual content across several social media platforms

Requirements:

1. Understanding of online reputation management
2. Great communication and presentation skills and critical to collaborate with multiple teams
3. Out-of-box thinking and willingness to stretch in a high-growth start-up environment
