About the internship
Only those who understand how caste system works in India, what are the bondings of people with caste, how people interact with family and relatives. We have created platform to bring whole caste together on a single platform by connecting families and relatives. Here are the kind of things, we expect you to excel in: People who have already joined, make them feel part of the community, keep them engaged, deliver value to them.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Engaging a large number of people in community activities.
2. Ensuring that news and updates about the community are regularly posted.
3. Organizing offline activities by community members related to the app.
4. Coordinating motivational sessions with prominent personalities from various fields.
5. Sharing the history of the community to foster a sense of belonging.
6. Collaborating with various Instagram micro-influencers who promote the community.
7. Assisting members within the community to create a supportive environment.
9. Building a network of volunteers to address various community-related issues.
10. Encouraging community members to utilize app features such as matrimony, wedding services, crowdfunding, and family tree building.
11. Hosting online webinars to discuss community issues and potential resolutions.
12. Attending offline community functions to promote the app.
13. Organizing roadshows and street meetings in areas where community members reside.
14. Creating themes for each month or week to maintain engagement within the community.
We will need to continually brainstorm new ideas together. Please note that your performance will significantly influence your salary, and it's essential to adopt a proactive, go-getter attitude from day one.

Additional information
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 300000 to 600000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per 1000 daily active users).
