About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in creating and curating engaging social media content, including images, videos, stories, and reels for Instagram and other platforms.
2. Work with the team to develop graphics and visuals that align with the brand's aesthetics and message.
3. Write engaging, witty, and on-brand captions for posts (dark, moody, and humorous for Mrs. Kaur's Bakery; detailed and professional for Preet Construction).
4. Collaborate on crafting compelling blog posts and articles related to bakery and construction business industry trends.
5. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, especially Instagram, and find innovative ways to leverage popular trends to increase engagement (e.g., trending reels and challenges).
6. Regularly monitor competitor's content and explore opportunities to enhance the brand's social media presence.
7. Respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers on Preet Construction's and Mrs. Kaur's Bakery's social accounts.
8. Build relationships with the online community to increase the brands' visibility and interactions.
9. Assist in brainstorming and implementing social media campaigns to grow followers and engagement.
10. Contribute to the content calendar, ensuring consistency with posting schedules and campaign deadlines.
11. Report insights and suggest improvements to enhance growth and performance.
12. Research and connect with relevant influencers or brands for potential collaborations.
13. Assist in organizing and managing photo and video content libraries for future social media use.
14. Work with video editors and photographers to ensure high-quality output.
