Social Media Marketing Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate
2. Develop organizational elements in order to implement a proactive process for capturing happy, loyal customer online reviews
3. Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy
4. Implement ongoing education to key stakeholders to remain highly effective
5. Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the company. Report notable threats to appropriate management
6. Analyze campaigns and translate qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SEO, and social advertising campaigns
7. Monitor effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of social media campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results
8. Spot opportunities to generate positive social media coverage and managing social media at events and initiatives
9. Work on social media listening & online reputation management for prospects, new customers, and booked customers as well as generating and presenting actionable insights to maintain a positive sentiment for the brand
