Social Media Marketing Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Social Media Management

Performing research on current benchmark trends, audience preferences and competition mapping

Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals
Setting media specific targets, objectives and reporting on ROI

Responsible for companys social media landscape;- Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, (discussion forum and community)

Social Media Listening

To validate responses and ensure all queries/ responses are attended within timelines

To be proactive on S .M listening

Strategizing with action plan on Negative posts/ comments; validate and follow up

Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews

Content Development

Write internal and external communications, corporate website, corporate newsletter, campaign scripts, speeches and marketing collaterals.

Liaise with internal departments to ensure the articles are in compliance with corporate image and policies

Administrative the department archiving and filing along as making vast researching
Performing and undertaking any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by superior/management from time to time
