Social Media Marketing Internship

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging content for various social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn
Social Media Management: Help in managing the company's social media channels by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages.
Research and Trends: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices. Conduct research to identify opportunities for content creation and audience engagement.
Campaign Support: Support the execution of social media campaigns by assisting with content ideation, creation, scheduling, and tracking performance metrics.
Analytics: Assist in analyzing social media data to track key metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion. Provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and client service to ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice across all social media platforms.
Community Engagement: Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner. Foster positive relationships with followers and influencers.
Creativity: Bring fresh ideas and creative solutions to the table to enhance the company's social media presence and drive engagement with our target audience.
Client Servicing: Support the social media team in managing client accounts and campaigns. Provide regular updates to clients on campaign performance, including key metrics and insights.
Basic Editing: Utilize basic editing software to enhance photos and videos for social media posts. This may include cropping, resizing, adding filters, and simple graphic design tasks.
