Roles & Responsibilities:
Participation in brainstorms for ideas on employer branding & recruitment
Monitoring current industry trends
Tracking metrics on Social media
Support in handling social media pages
Assisting with creating and compiling collaterals for employer branding and recruitment
Drafting pitch letters and/or emailing pitch memos to vendors
Supporting with research and execution for campus engagement
Identifying new events and opportunities for recruitment and outreach efforts
Assisting with web updates and preparing marketing materials
Assisting with distribution of marketing materials
Additional duties to support the branding & recruitment team as assigned
So how do we know that s you? You have the personality and the experience:
A bachelor's degree in HR, marketing, advertising or related fields.
The candidate also must have a strong understanding of branding to be able to sell the company as an employer of choice to prospective hires.
The candidate also must have an enthusiastic attitude, work well on teams and be out-going.
