Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

4. Collaborate with our team to brainstorm and execute marketing initiatives that align with our brand.
5. Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
6. Assist in managing our online community and engaging with followers to build relationships and brand loyalty.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously optimize our marketing efforts.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 250 per approved post on all handles).
Harnesh Joshi, a creative director and fashion & advertising photographer based in Mumbai, has been leaving a lasting impression on clients with his phenomenal work for the past five years. His striking and conceptual fashion photography is widely recognized among emerging and creative designers and is frequently featured in leading fashion magazines. His career has taken many twists and turns, starting with pilot training (Student Pilot License) before transitioning to graphic design, where he developed a deep understanding of design and visual arts, ultimately leading him to his true passion- photography. After assisting several advertising and commercial photographers, he pursued a diploma in commercial photography from Shari Academy, Chinchpokhli, refining his skills to perfection. His work has been showcased nationally and internationally at various exhibitions, solidifying his presence in the industry.
