About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, analytics) to ensure client objectives are met
2. Communicate effectively with clients through various channels (email, phone, meetings)
3. Maintain a social media content calendar and manage regular posting schedules
4. Assist in preparing client reports, presentations, and other documentation
5. Address and resolve client issues, escalating when necessary
6. Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others
7. Create engaging and shareable content (including graphics, videos, and written posts) tailored to each platform
8. Collaborate with the content, marketing, and design teams to ensure brand consistency
9. Track and analyze performance metrics (such as engagement, reach, and follower growth) to optimize strategies
10. Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
11. Run paid social media campaigns and analyze the return on investment (ROI)
12. Engage with influencers and brand ambassadors to build partnerships
13. Report on performance and provide recommendations for improvement
