About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Content Creation: Develop engaging and creative content for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok)
2. Campaign Management: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring social media campaigns
3. Market Research: Conduct research on current trends and audience preferences to create relevant and appealing content
4 Analytics: Track and analyze the performance of social media posts and campaigns
Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing team to brainstorm and execute new ideas
5. Pitching new clients: Looking for new clients and creating pitch decks

Other requirements
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
2. Basic understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
3. Familiarity with content creation tools and software
4. Previous experience in social media marketing or content creation is a plus, but not required

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per sale).
