Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Assist in handling company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, graphics, videos) across platforms.
Monitor trends and suggest creative strategies to increase engagement.
Respond to comments, messages, and interactions to enhance brand presence.
Online Reputation Management (ORM):
Track and monitor online reviews, ratings, and brand mentions on platforms like Google, Facebook, and Trustpilot.
Respond to customer reviews and feedback professionally.
Address negative feedback and work on reputation-building strategies.
Collaborate with the team to improve brand perception online.
Content Creation & Analytics:
Assist in developing content strategies to improve audience engagement.
Analyze social media and ORM performance metrics and generate reports.
Research and propose new ideas to boost brand awareness.
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
Basic knowledge of ORM tools and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
